One of our specialized services is the repair and servicing of all types of rotating equipment. Using our state-of-the-art equipment, we perform the on-site resurfacing of tires, trunnions and thrust faces, tire shimming and the installation and alignment of drums.

Almac Fabrication Services and Machine Services provide support with the fabrication of replacement shell sections and the refurbishing / manufacturing of tires and trunnions. If needed we can also provide replacement drum shells.  

Almac offers a complete range of pump station services. Supported by our Fabrication, Machine shop and Mechanical Repair Divisions, we provide field pump removal and installation; laser alignments, dynamic balancing & vibration analysis; base fabrication & machining; complete skid packaging & installation; including grouting & tie-ins. In addition, our shops offer pump repairs and manufacturing of pump components. This, of course, is also provided on a 24 hour basis.
